WWMR, Inc. offers its employees a choice of three medical plans, two health maintenance organizations (HMO's) and one preferred provider organization (PPO) as well as Delta Dental and VSP Vision coverage to best suit individual needs. WWMR offers employees medical, dental, and vision coverage free of charge with the option of adding spouse/domestic partner and child coverage at a marginal cost to the employee.

WWMR, Inc. offers its new full-time employees fifteen (15) days of paid time off (PTO) per year, accruing from the date of hire, which can be used for vacation, sick, or personal time, as well as nine (9) full-paid holidays (provided that you meet the eligibility requirements of the plans and policies). After four (4) years of employment, annual PTO is increased to twenty (20) days.

WWMR, Inc. provides our full-time employees the option to attend applicable local industry specific seminars as well as educational assistance for continuing education. In addition, WWMR, Inc. may arrange formal educational training programs to enhance an employee's professional career.
